All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” – Matthew 28:18-20
Salvation of Sinners
Salvation comes when sinners hear and believe the gospel, the gospel is the good news of Jesus Christ. Therefore we aim to know Christ and preach the gospel of Christ for it is God’s will that all people will be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. (2 Peter 3:18, 1 Corinthians 2:2, 1 Timothy 2:4)
Sanctification of Saints
Saints are those who put their faith and trust in Jesus Christ for their salvation, they have been made holy through his blood. It is God’s will that we also become sanctified saints, our character and conduct becoming like Christ. We are being sanctified (cleansed) and built up in faith when we hear, understand, and obey God’s Word, becoming a vessel of honor, made holy, fit for the master’s use, prepared for every good work. Therefore we make every effort to teach, preach and train people to obey God’s Word, with our words, love, and life.
Serve our Savior
We serve Christ by following Him. We serve Christ by sacrificially serving one another and others. We serve Christ by fulfilling our ministry and mission in the body of Christ. Therefore we make every effort to worship, fellowship, pray and break bread together as the body of Christ and do this more as the return of our Savior and Lord draws near.
